Headphones and external memory for LG VX9900 (enV)?
Hey guys.
Is there any way to get around the Verizon stranglehold and use the enV like an MP3 player without the $120 Bluetooth headphones? I tried a 3.5mm to 2.5mm adapter but that only gives me mono sound.
I also am wondering about external memory... is there any way to play songs directly from a memory stick (if they even make 5-point memory sticks that fit into the phone's charger port)? Barring that, can I play music using MP3s on a microSD (or similar) card without the chip-to-computer-to-phone runaround they recommend?
All I want to do is listen to music without having to pay $2 for songs I already own 
you should be able to get a "music essentials" kit for 30 bucks or less...(check ebay) it comes with headphones and software and a usb cable to plug into your computer so you can put music from your own cds into the puter and then to your phone. i don't know how to do it cuz my husband does it for me, but your manual should tell you everything you need to know...
