How do I see a video sent to my email from a Verizon phone?

I got a video message sent to my Gmail account from a Verizon phone (Verizon FLIX) and also sent to my phone (Samsung SYNC a707). I really want to watch this but on the e-mail I just have the text sent with the video and instructions to download Quicktime 6.5 or higher, I have 7.2. On my phone I see just a blank screen. I really need to watch this video, she said it was about 55 seconds long is that why I can't see it? Anyway any help would be really appreciated thanks.
There's no attatchment to download, and I checked the website it's very unclear but it did say you can send u to 15 second clips, maybe it's just too long. Anyway thanks
