I'm Buying a Cell Phone From Amazon without Contract?
Hi, I am at home almost 24/7 since im on a break from my classes. I can receive the package no prob! I won a 50 dollar gift card for Amazon.
If I order a phone WITHOUT the contract and the price is 40 dollars will I be charged later for the WHOLE $400?
Even if I put half of my name down? I dont use my whole name online for specific things.
Ex (K. Moss) + My real address

But I will SURLY buy the sim card when I get it. too bad it taks up to 3 weeks to get here...
I'm kind of with you - you click on the buy without contract and it still shows $44 - I'm guessing that is a biggie problem with their listing 
I don't know how much power you would have with them to force their hand to actually send you the phone at that price, but they certainly can NOT charge you anything MORE than the "agreed upon" price of $44 when you checked out.
You might end up getting a refund and them telling you it was a mistake - personally I would file a complaint if they do that to you, and obviously give a LOT of negative feed-back everywhere you can. Maybe even consider filing a complaint with your state's Attorney Genera's office under Consumer Protection... I'm sure they will have the listing updated as soon as they realize their mistake. I'm almost thinking of ordering one myself
