Which Smartphone to purchase?

Hello, I am with us cellular *don't make fun* my company pays for it. Now If you had the choice between the Phone BlackBerry® Tour 9630 Smartphone or The HTC touch pro 2 uses windows 6.5 mobile..which would it be and why? I am looking for internet browsing that is stable and good! i want to be able to use Pandora.com or last.fm that used flash, or if one of these phones can be hacked to do that. that's the mos important thing to me, email ect. second is Texting i ant something that is easy to test, i have never had a smartphone before please give me some advice. thanks!
